We offer free shipping to the U.S. only.
Your product will ship via FedEx within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at contact@rugnet.com.
RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We want you to be thrilled with your special purchase so before purchasing, please contact us at contact@rugnet.com if you have any questions, concerns, or need any additional information, photos, or even a video. Our Rug Concierge can even help you choose the best size rug, make a decision on how to arrange in your room, pair with paint colors and/or coordinate with your furniture. We want you to have as much information as possible so there are no surprises, only love. We are are happy to help!
DAMAGES
Rugnet is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it never arrived, contact Rugnet at contact@rugnet.com and we will process the claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods.
