Shipping

We offer free shipping to the U.S. and Canada only. We do not ship to destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Your product will ship via FedEx within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at contact@rugnet.com.

DAMAGES

Rugnet is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it never arrived, contact RugNet at contact@rugnet.com and we will process the claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods.
